Is the direct rate really the same as Booking.com?
Yes — and often lower. This Early Bird rate is exclusive to direct bookings. OTA membership discounts apply on their platform only. Direct gives you the same price plus inclusions (breakfast, spa discount, all taxes) that OTAs charge separately.
What if my plans change after I book?
Date amendments are accepted up to 21 days before arrival. Full non-refundable payment should be received within 48 hours after the confirmation email has been sent. If you need to change within that window, message our team directly on WhatsApp — we handle these case-by-case and always try to find a solution.
Can you arrange a honeymoon or special occasion setup?
Absolutely — this is something we plan carefully. Once your booking is confirmed, message us with your occasion and requests. We'll confirm room decoration, candlelight dinner, flower setup, champagne, birthday cake — all arranged before you arrive, not improvised on the day.
Are there any blackout dates or surcharges?
An additional $30/room/night applies during blackout dates: July 1 – August 31, 2026 and December 20 – 31, 2026. An extra bed is available at IDR 650,000/bed/night (includes breakfast). You'll see the final price clearly before confirming anything.
What is the minimum stay?
3 nights in the same room. Maximum capacity per room is 2 people, or 3 with an extra bed (except Pool Suite & Ubud Pool Suite). You must book at least 60 days before your check-in date to qualify for the Early Bird rate. This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions.
